Artwork:

If artwork is not provided as specified, you will be invoiced £100 (v) per every half hour of art preparation. Camera-ready, colour separated is preferred.

Halftones and Shadings:

Art must be to size, camera-ready for 85 Line screen, colour separated.

Disk: 3-1/2" floppy or CD-R. Within the disk we MUST have all imported files you used to produce the art and all the Mac fonts, including screen and printer fonts. PC files need to have the text converted to path. Formats: (Preferred) Corel Draw, .eps, PC .PDF, Adobe Illustrator file with text converted to path/outline. (Vector image, not bitmap image) we prefer vector art but can accept hi-resolution (to size or larger) bitmap files.

Work in progress may be invoiced for materials and labour. Any claims on returns must be made within 10 days and with sales office approval.

Over/Under runs:

Allow +/- 10% production run quantity.

Packaging:

All items are shipped bulk except where noted. Packaging other than our standard method will be charged an additional handling charge. Individual Polybagging is available for some items. Call Sales Office to discuss.

PMS Colour

Match:

£25.00 per colour.

Production Time:

Production begins the day following final art approval. Times quoted are for all items in the catalogue EXCEPT those noted as needing extended production.

Normal Production

3 weeks from final artwork approval.

Proofs:

Paper: First proof at no charge. Pre-production: Order must be in house. £75.00 per colour, per proof.

Random Samples:

Most catalogue items are at no charge. Please contact the sales office for possible charges on selected items or large volume requests. We ship via post at no charge. We will gladly ship using your preferred method when you provide your carrier account number.

Returns:

Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior sales office approval. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of product. Blank goods, if accepted, will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Set-Up/Copy Change Charge:

£45.00 per colour, per imprint on first-time orders. £20.00 per colour, per imprint on repeat orders.

Delivery:

Delivery will be charged at a fixed rate of £15.00 for up to 5,000 pieces to Mainland UK. Please request a quote for delivery addresses outside of the UK. Multiple destinations will be charged £12.50 per destination. Distributors will be charged any costs incurred due to shipping address errors communicated to sales office.
